ALBERTA BOILER’S SAFETY ASSOCIATION (ABSA)
ABSA (Alberta Boilers Safety Association) is the pressure equipment safety authority for Alberta.  ABSA administers Alberta’s pressure equipment safety programs under the Safety Codes Act, and has the authority to enforce pressure equipment safety as set out in the legislation.  Annex Enterprises ensures that all their practices strictly adhere to all ABSA regulations.  Please see our ABSA Certificate of Authorization Permit.

INSPECTION and TECHNICAL SERVICES MANITOBA (ITSM)
Inspection and Technical Services is a newly formed division of the Office of the Fire Commissioner.  Manitoba’s Labour’s Mechanical and Engineering Branch and the Office of the Fire Commissioner have amalgamated to provide a single-window for engineering and technical safety services when evaluating permit applications or new projects, making the process simpler for builders and contractors.  You can access our ITSM Certificate of Authorization here.

TECHNICAL SAFETY AUTHORITY OF SASKATCHEWAN (TSASK)
The Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK) was established effective July 1, 2010 by legislation to perform most functions previously done by the Ministry of Corrections, Public Safety and Policing, Licensing and Inspections Branch.  TSASK was established in response to rapid technological change, industrial and economic growth in the province and industry’s need for more timely inspection services.  TSASK a not-for-profit company that administers Saskatchewan’s safety program for boilers, pressure vessels, elevating devices and amusement rides.  You can access our TSASK Certificate of Authorization here.
